About the Role :
As the Warehouse Admin & Inventory Controller, you’ll be the central point of communication, coordination, and data integrity across the warehouse floor.
Working closely with drivers, warehouse teams, and internal stakeholders, your focus will be on ensuring every pallet, consignment, and delivery is tracked and recorded in real-time through systems like CartonCloud and Ignition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound/outbound freight records with precision
- Maintain live updates in CartonCloud & Ignition
- Accurately track inventory and pallet movements
- Coordinate shift handovers and ensure data consistency
- Liaise with drivers and ensure kiosk compliance on-site
- Respond to emails and escalate operational issues as needed
- Ensure all proof of consignments (POCs) are received, filed, and matched with system records
What You’ll Bring:
- Proven experience in administration or warehouse coordination
- Strong understanding of inventory systems (CartonCloud or similar a plus!)
- Exceptional attention to detail and time management
- Confident communicator , written, verbal, and across all levels
- Ability to problem-solve, multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
