Jamba Juice Shift Lead

Qualifications:

The ability to work as a team and strong communication skills

Must be 18 years old and have the abillity to fill all the shifts listed

Responsible for following brand standards, company rules and policies and Shift Lead responsibilities as assigned by the Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

• · Responsible for greeting guests and taking their orders accurately in a friendly manner. You will oversee Team Members, assign tasks, and ensure all company and health regulations are followed.
• ·You will be trained to prepare smoothies and bowls following company standards
• Ensure all daily log sheets and completed and signed off
• ·Responsible for cleanliness in the customer area and other service areas accessed by guests. Also responsible for cleanliness of store and dishes at the end of the night.
• You will close till and store ensuring all stations are re-stocked and ready for the following day.

· Knowledge of basic math, adding small numbers is required.

Pay $12.00-13.00 hourly plus tips (additional $2-$3 hourly)

Shifts: Monday-Thursday 3:00-8:30

Benefits: small shifts, paid training, and time and-a-half pay for all major holidays
