Additional Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license, personal vehicle, and authorized to work in the USA.
• Willingness to undergo a background check.
• Physically capable of performing all cleaning and driving tasks.
• Able to lift/move up to 25 pounds (vacuums, bins, etc.).
• Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing English.

Job Details:

• Type: Part-Time
• Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
• Expected Hours: 4- 16 hours per week

Job Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and kitchen areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust floors, carpets, and surfaces.
• Empty trash and recycling bins and replace liners.
• Clean and disinfect high-touch areas such as doorknobs, light switches, and countertops.
• Restock paper towels, soap, toilet paper, and other supplies as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of entrances, hallways, and common areas.
• Clean glass surfaces, including windows, mirrors, and doors.
• Follow safety guidelines when handling cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor.
• Pick up and drop off cleaning supplies using personal vehicle (mileage reimbursed).
• Secure facilities after cleaning, ensuring doors are locked and alarms are set if required.

Schedule Options:

• Some weekday evening
• Saturday and Sundays
