Joyful and Knowledgable Full Time Nanny Needed for 2 Year Old and Newborn (due in Nov)

Friendly family in Needham is seeking a joyful and experienced, long term, Full Time Nanny for their 2 year old son and new baby (due in November). Applicants must be at least 21 years old, CPR/First Aid certified, COVID/Flu/Tdap vaccines are required, and have a minimum of 3+ years of relevant professional experience. Prior infant experience is required. Responsibilities will be child‑focused and include diapering/potty, child meal prep, children's laundry, and planning age‑appropriate activities and outings to help both children meet developmental milestones. Both parents work from home in separate spaces, but the nanny will have autonomy during the day. A valid license and clean driving record are required. Ideal candidates will be warm, reliable, safety conscious, energetic, engaging, flexible and proactive. The family would love a nanny who is happy, upbeat and fun loving! Candidates with a background in Early Childhood Development that can help provide developmentally appropriate learning experiences for the children will do well in this role. The family would love for the nanny to be able to travel with them approximately once a year, however this is not a requirement.

Schedule: 40 hours per week; Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm (flexibility to stay late on occasion is needed; candidates should be open to occasional overnights when parents are traveling for work - approx 2-3x year).

Rate: $33–$37 per hour, based on experience (BOE)

Benefits: 2 weeks of paid vacation (one week to align with the family's vacation), 5 paid sick days, paid holidays, and a negotiable healthcare stipend.
