Junior Waiter/Waitress

Opening in September of 2025, this new restaurant will be in a prime location in Mayfair and aims to elevate the seafood offering in London. Staying true to provenance and with a keen focus on quality, it aims to deliver a memorable and sophisticated dining experience. Featuring an open kitchen and a wood-fired grill, it will offer a delectable selection of seafood and a raw bar on the ground floor in addition to the 104-cover restaurant area, a cocktail bar, and a 18 cover PDR on the lower level.

The Position

This role requires energy and professionalism. You will perform a range of tasks including preparing tables, serving orders, explaining dishes, and facilitating collaboration between kitchen and floor or bar staff. As a runner in our luxury restaurant, your ultimate goal will be to provide our guests with outstanding service and actively help to improve their overall dining experience.

• Experience in a similar role in a busy high end restaurant
• Outstanding communication and people skills.
• Courteous, friendly personality and professional appearance.
• Superb multitasking skills and eye for detail
• Ability to demonstrate excellent service with speed and efficiency
• Strong problem solving, communication, and interpersonal skills, ability to handle tense situations with coworkers and customers calmly and rationally.
• Able to meet physical and scheduling demands of the position, including, walking, standing, or lifting heavy items for extended periods and working nights, weekends, and holidays.
• A working knowledge of health and safety, compliance and procedures;
• Available to work different hours including weekends, days, and nights.
