Job Description
We are in need of a dependable , reliable Kitchen Lead (Filling 1 Position) ,with flexible hours and ability to work during our operating hours( 7 days a week with kitchen closing at 12:30am & 1:30am)
Set up and stocks food items and other necessary supplies. Prepares food items by cutting, chopping, mixing, and preparing sauces. Cooks food items by grilling, frying, sautéing, and other cooking methods to specified recipes and standards.
Collect accurate inventory information to ensure food is in stock. Follows all sanitation rules and guidelines to ensure all food prep/cook surfaces are clean and safe.
Prepare weekly food orders. (US Foods)
Verify every item was delivered on truck delivery.
Be an efficient leader to line cooks and kitchen staff.

Salary: $20.00- $23.00 per hour
