Kitchen Team Member- Full Time Nightshift

This is a really exciting time for Spot White - with the expansion of our existing venue and also the opening of our new Newcastle site ..... and we are looking for you to be part of our team.

We are looking for a full time experienced dedicated member of kitchen staff to run our busy kitchen on nightshift, cooking up some Spot White favourites as well as coming up with ideas for specials, helping us to improve our menus and helping with compliance - all of the while smiling and being part of a great team! - Experienced chefs would be preferable. Our menu is not complicated however we like to be the best at what we do - and also quick service in the busiest times (usually 3 til 5am!)

You need to be a team player and able to work across both of our city centre sites when needed.

You must have at least 1 year kitchen cooking experience, hold a level 2 & 3 food safety qualification and be available to work weekends ideally. Keeping the kitchen a safe, clean and compliant environment is a really important part of the role.

Our nightshifts run until 7am and sometimes 8am at weekends so please bear this in mind when applying as it isn't for everyone!
