Join the team at Hotel Indigo Jacksonville-Deerwood Park, where hospitality meets style and substance. We are currently seeking a professional and guest-focused Front Desk Agent with proven IHG experience to represent our brand and deliver outstanding service at our IHG Luxury Lifestyle property.
Position Requirements:
IHG system experience is REQUIRED (e.g., Opera, Concerto, IHG Loyalty knowledge)
Must have open availability, including weekends and holidays
Comfortable working rotating shifts (morning, evening, and occasional overnight)
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Friendly, polished, and professional demeanor
Strong attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction
Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly and manage check-in/check-out efficiently
Accurately handle room assignments, payments, and folio corrections
Resolve guest concerns and elevate the guest experience with IHG service standards
Support fellow team members and maintain a welcoming lobby environment
Communicate effectively with all hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
