What You’ll Do
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans
- Administer medications and treatments
- Monitor resident conditions and report changes promptly
- Document nursing interventions accurately and timely
- Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, physicians, and families
- Uphold resident dignity, safety, and satisfaction
Qualifications
- Current LPN license in the state of PA
- CPR certification (or willing to obtain)
- Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred but not required
- Compassionate, dependable, and strong team player
