We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead our team in a thriving casual dining restaurant. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality and food service management, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and service, and driving the overall success of the establishment.

Duties

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in all areas.
• Lead, mentor, and develop staff to maintain a high-performing team.
• Manage food preparation and presentation to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Monitor financial performance, including cash handling and budgeting.
• Coordinate banquet services and special events to maximize revenue opportunities.
• Maintain inventory control and manage supplier relationships for food management.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures while fostering a positive work environment.

Experience

• Proven experience in restaurant management or similar roles within the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of food service operations, including culinary practices and food preparation techniques.
• Familiarity with casual dining environments and banquet service is preferred.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience in cash handling and financial management within a food service context.

Pay: $52,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
