Job Description
ROLE TITLE: LOSS PREVENTION OFFICER
General Descriptions
Minimize theft and fraud, mitigate inventory loss and cash loss by educating our team, conducting regular risk assessments, perform on-site on-the-ground inspection and patrol, store/warehouse checks, be present physically in the store during night works to prevent inventory and monetary loss.
- Able to work at night, being physically on-site in the stores during night works
- To work closely with Company on Security of retail stores and warehouse
- Monitor checkout operations frequently and ensure cash handling procedures are complied
- Experience in organizing, conducting patrol, inspection and security checks
- Oversee in-house security matters, enforcing security measures at retail outlets.
- To maintain & upkeep daily records, assist in investigation of incidents & make police reports
- Monitoring & checking of CCTV of all outlets
- Liaise with vendor on CCTV issues
- Work closely with Company Management on theft prevention
- Any other Ad-Hoc duties assigned by Management
Requirements :
- ITE/'N' Level or equivalent
- 2 years of relevant experience in handling loss prevention for retail chain stores
- Well versed on the standard requirement procedures
- Must be able to converse & understand English and Mandarin
- To cover 50 stores within a calendar month
- Shift work- Rotating shifts from 10am to 6pm and 2pm to 10pm, 10pm to 6am (or timing as and when assigned), 6 days per week, inclusive of Sat, Sun and Public Holiday .
