Job Description
Full Time and Part Time Day and Night Shifts Available
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse (LPN or RN) to provide high-quality clinical care and oversight in our assisted living community. The nurse will work closely with residents, families, and care staff to ensure residents' health, safety, and well-being, while supporting a person-centered care environment.
Third shift and weekend shift Differentials!!
Nurse Duties and Responsibilities:
- Administer medications as ordered
- Monitor residents for changes in physical, mental, or emotional condition
- Supervise and support caregivers in their daily responsibilities
- Communicate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members regarding resident needs and care updates
- Ensure accurate documentation of all care and services provided in accordance with HIPPA and facility policies
Resident Assistant Qualifications and Skills:
- LPN or RN license in good standing
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Work Schedule:
- Day shift 6am to 6pm
- Night Shift 6pm to 6am
- Must be able to work every other weekend and holidays as needed
