LVN; Overnights Assisted Living

We are looking for exceptional Overnight LVN for our outstanding Assisted Living community that specializes in Memory Care. This position is for 9pm - 7am , Thursday, Friday and Saturday, only. Other hours may be available if desired.

Requirements:

• Must have a valid LVN license in good standing with the State of Texas Board of Nursing
• The LVN that we choose must be able to demonstrate compassion, friendliness, and looking at being part of a team

Responsibilities include:

• Follow Physician Orders/communicate effectively with physician's and families
• Document and follow up/Staffing/scheduling and mentoring staff
• Pass Medications
