Machine Maintenance Technician (WP) – Semiconductor Company
Location: Woodlands MRT (NS9), Singapore

Job Summary
We are seeking skilled Machine Maintenance Technicians to join our semiconductor client’s team. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance in a cleanroom environment, ensuring equipment runs smoothly and production targets are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine preventive maintenance and troubleshooting on production machinery
• Perform equipment inspections, fault diagnosis, and repairs
• Follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols in a cleanroom
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize machine uptime
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and report issues promptly

Requirements

• Work Pass: Work Permit (WP) only
• Vacancies: 5 positions
• Experience:
• Automotive or general machinery maintenance background preferred
• Cleanroom experience is a plus (training provided)
• Education: SPM (O-Levels)
• Language: Good English proficiency (second-round interview conducted fully in English)
• Nationality & Location: Malaysian-based candidates (commute or stay in Singapore); open to Indian nationals with WP eligibility
• Shift Flexibility: Willingness to support both day and night shifts; candidates willing to do night shift will be prioritized

Work Schedule

• Day Shift: Monday–Friday plus 2 days off (10:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
• Shift Allowance: SGD 100
• Night Shift: 4 days on / 3 days off (8:30 PM – 9:00 AM)
• Shift Allowance: SGD 400
• Overtime: Paid at 1.5× / 2× per MOM regulations

Compensation & Benefits

• Basic Salary: SGD 1,600
• Full Attendance Bonus: SGD 100
• Estimated Gross Salary: ~SGD 2,500+ per month
• Leave Entitlement: Annual leave, medical leave, public holidays per MOM regulations
• Performance-Based Salary Increment and Year-End Bonus
• No bond or long-term contract requirement
• Air-conditioned, light-duty cleanroom environment

Pay: $1,600.00 - $2,500.00 per month
