Monday through Friday, 4:00pm to 4:00am (40-48 hours per week)

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for leading, repairing, and operating production line(s).
  • Accountable for meeting daily production goals.
  • Leading the 2nd shift, personnel schedules, production schedules, required paperwork, etc.
  • Assists with any maintenance work on company property as needed.
  • Assists with repairing and installing production equipment.
  • Dismantles, adjusts, repairs and assembles equipment.
  • Performs electrical or mechanical troubleshooting to determine problems with non-functioning equipment.
  • Helps maintain cleanliness in production, warehouse, and other storage areas.
  • Any other tasks as assigned by management.

  • Maintain a positive attitude, and an enthusiasm about the mission of the company, company direction, and in doing what is necessary to help the company achieve its goals.
  • Maintain a consistent schedule, When the schedule must be rearranged, make sure that all essential tasks will be covered by someone else, or are completed on schedule.
  • Refrain from gossiping about co-workers or the company.
  • Use time efficiently and keep on task. If tasks are completed, look for other things to do to keep busy and ask people how to help. Show initiative and avoid wasting time.
  • Keep personal phone calls, visitors, and non-work-related conversations to an absolute minimum.
  • Maintain a high level of professional integrity and trustworthiness.
  • Get along well with co-workers and others.
  • Follow through on assigned projects.

Qualification

  • Must have a High School diploma or equivalent experience in manufacturing maintenance operations.
  • Experience with operating maintenance equipment.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • Must be able to lift/move 75lbs.
  • Frequent standing and walking ability to conduct indoor and outdoor activities.
  • Forklift Certification a plus.
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
