Manufacturing Cleaning Team Supervisor - Night Shift

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented manufacturing Cleaning Supervisor to join our team.

As a Supervisor you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and tidiness in various areas across a large manufacturing plant looking after a team of operatives. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working independently and as part of a team along with taking pride in their work. You will also be required to complete your own cleaning duties alongside the supervision of your team of operatives.

Duties:
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, use of cleaning machinery and waste management

- Responding to reactive cleans around the site when requested using site radios

- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the on site manager

- Adherence to site HSE requirements at all times while performing scheduled cleaning tasks

- Leading others in the cleaning and maintaining of the site

Skills:
- Attention to detail: Ability to notice small details and ensure thorough cleaning
- Time management: Efficiently manage time to complete tasks within designated timeframes
- Physical stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods of time
- Communication skills: Effective communication with team members and supervisors
- Dependability: Reliable attendance and punctuality

Shifts patterns are set as below:

Night Shift 11pm-7am

Shift is fixed for that time Sunday to Thursday.

Additional hours can be picked up to help support the onsite team and additional client requests.
