NYC Nanny Connections is a supportive placement network exclusively for nannies. Created by a former nanny with over 20 years of experience and now a mom herself, our goal is to empower, support, and connect nannies with trusted families—at no cost to you for job placement.

What We Offer

• Free Job Placement – There is no fee to be matched with families.
• One-on-One Support – We’re here to answer questions and guide you at every stage.
• Optional Add-On Services (available for a small fee):
• Background Checks ($27–$87)
• Online CPR & First Aid Certification ($14.95)
• Resume Setup ($19.95) or Update ($15.95)
• Specialty Certifications (e.g., infant care, special needs) $12–$60

What We’re Looking For

• Experience working with children (as a nanny, babysitter, or similar role)
• Excellent references
• A warm, responsible, and professional attitude
• Willingness to work with families across NYC or nearby areas
• Ability to provide or complete a background check (within 12 months)
• CPR/First Aid Certification is a plus (or willing to complete online training)

Important Details

• We are not your employer. Families hire and pay you directly.
• Payment arrangements are made between you and the family. We can offer guidance or refer families to payroll support if needed.
• There is no guarantee of job placement, but we work hard to connect qualified nannies with loving families.
