Nanny/Housekeeper

Position: Blended Nanny, Housekeeper & Family Assistant

Location: Boca Raton, FL

Schedule: Approximately 45 hours per week, with flexibility required

Compensation: $35 per hour

A warm, busy family in Boca Raton is seeking a dependable, nurturing, and highly organized individual to support their household in a blended role as Nanny, Housekeeper, and Family Assistant. Family-Related Duties:

This position blends childcare, light housekeeping, and personal assistance, including:

Childcare (Ages 13 and 14):

School drop-off and pick-up

Unpack school bags, prepare snacks, and keep children on schedule

Oversee children’s laundry and tidy their rooms and bathrooms

Occasional homework/project support

General supervision and nurturing presence

Housekeeping:

Tidy the home throughout the day, including kitchen clean-up after meals

Family laundry, including ironing

Organizing common areas and children's belongings

Support with changing bed linens and maintaining bathrooms

Coordinate with part-time housekeeper who handles deep cleaning several times per week

Pet Care:

Feed and walk the small family dog (frequent walks needed)

Take out and supervise dog as part of daily routine

Household & Errands:

Greet and supervise vendors or workers entering the home

Accept deliveries and manage packages

Grocery shopping, dry cleaning, and other errands

Maintain household inventory and create shopping lists

Prepare simple, healthy meals for the children and parents (e.g., eggs, pancakes, oatmeal, avocado toast, turkey bacon, burgers, brisket)

Available for occasional overnights if parents are traveling

Qualifications:

At least 5 years of professional experience in a similar blended role

Strong background in childcare, particularly teenage children

Mature, kind, and highly dependable

Comfortable caring for pets, especially dogs

Confident driver with valid license

Capable of cooking basic, nutritious meals

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

College degree preferred

Must live locally or within a reasonable commuting distance to Boca Raton
