Your Role:

As a NOC Technician, you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of our Teleport infrastructure. Whether you are troubleshooting technical issues, collaborating with customers, or diving into the latest tech advancements, every day will bring new challenges and opportunities to learn and grow.

Your Missions:

• Dive into the world of technology, monitoring and managing our Teleport infrastructure with precision and finesse.
• Connect with customers, addressing inquiries and support requests with expertise.
• Be the hero of the day, providing swift technical support and investigation for reported issues.
• Get hands-on with maintenance schedules, keeping our Teleport in top condition.
• Dive into the details of technical documentation, ensuring everything is up-to-date and in pristine shape.
• Join forces with our team to keep our Earth Station operations running smoothly 24/7/365 following 12-hour rotational shifts, that cover nights, weekends, and bank holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £27,000.00 per year
