Job Title: Night Audit

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Night Auditor to join our team. The Night Auditor will be responsible for managing the hotel’s nightly operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and providing excellent customer service to our guests during the night shift. This position will be available early September 2025.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform nightly audits of financial transactions and ensure accuracy in reporting.
• Reconcile daily revenue and prepare financial reports for management.
• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and courteously.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during the night.
• Maintain security and safety protocols throughout the hotel.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
  
  

Skills And Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality is a plus.
• Previous experience in hotel operations preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in hotel management software.
• Flexibility to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
