Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team at Hyatt Regency. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on luxury customer service, ensuring that our guests receive an exceptional experience during their stay. This role involves managing the front desk operations during the night shift, performing accounting tasks, and providing outstanding service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform nightly audits of financial transactions and ensure accuracy in reporting.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Manage check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Prepare and distribute daily reports to management.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.

Skills And Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a hotel front desk or accounting role preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on luxury service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Proficient in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Flexibility to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Requirements
