We are seeking a dedicated Night Auditor to ensure a smooth overnight experience for our guests. This position plays a key role in providing outstanding customer service while managing check-ins, check-outs, and nightly hotel operations.

Responsibilities:

• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, accurately, and courteously.
• Process payments (cash and credit cards) with precision.
• Answer phone calls and assist guests with inquiries about hotel policies and services.
• Maintain guest privacy and security, ensuring proper distribution of room keys.
• Run night audit reports and reconcile daily transactions.
• Address guest concerns and provide assistance as needed.
• Promote the hotel and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
• Follow all safety and security procedures to protect guests and hotel property.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Availability to work overnight shifts from 11 PM to 7 AM.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Ability to stand for 8 hours during a shift.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer proficiency for handling reservations and reports.
