Job Description
The Embassy Suites by Hilton Miami Airport is searching for a talented full-time Night Auditor /Guest Service Agent to join their front office team!
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of hotel front desk experience, a friendly personality, and excellent multi-tasking skills. Prior night audit experience and some Spanish proficiency is highly preferred but not mandatory. OnQ proficiency is a plus.
Shift Pattern: Full open availability required to work AM, PM, and overnight shifts. Weekend/holiday availability required.
Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour (plus $2 per hour night differential)

As Night Auditor, you would be responsible for overseeing the auditing, posting and balancing of daily financial transactions to support the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. As Night Auditor, you would be responsible for overseeing the auditing, posting and balancing of daily financial transactions to support the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Audit, post and balance daily cashiers' work for outlets including, but not limited to, outlets in Rooms and Food and Beverage
- Ensure credit card system reconciles to daily transaction lists
- Schedule, assign daily work, inform and train team members

Monitor, observe and assist in evaluating team member performance
