We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Front Desk Agent to join our team at a vibrant hotel. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a warm welcome. This role requires a blend of hospitality management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle guest inquiries efficiently.
Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy in guest accounts.
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area while managing multi-line phone systems effectively.
- Assist with night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
- Facilitate guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and professionally to enhance overall guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery for guests.
- Support the hotel management team in various administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to diverse guests.
- Familiarity with hospitality software systems is an advantage.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for effective guest interactions.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.

Pay: $28.27 per hour
