Night Auditor/Receptionist

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Night Auditor to join our hospitality team. The Night Auditor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during nighttime hours. This position involves managing front desk responsibilities, performing nightly audits of financial transactions, and providing exceptional guest services. Duties

• Conduct nightly audits of all financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with hotel policies.
• Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs, while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Provide exceptional guest services by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
• Handle phone calls with professionalism, utilizing effective phone etiquette to assist guests and potential customers.
• Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and transactions, ensuring all information is updated in the hotel management system.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery during night shifts.
• Assist with any administrative tasks as required, including preparing reports for management review.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in front desk operations or hospitality is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests from diverse backgrounds.
• Proficiency in phone systems and handling multiple calls efficiently.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to enhance guest interactions.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to manage financial audits accurately.
• Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
