Night Baker

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Overnight Donut Maker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of donuts, ensuring they meet our high standards of taste and quality. The ideal candidate will have a passion for baking, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently during overnight hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Donut Preparation: Prepare and mix dough, handle and shape donuts, and ensure proper proofing and frying techniques.
• Baking and Frying: Operate baking and frying equipment efficiently and safely to produce high-quality donuts.
• Quality Control: Monitor donut quality and consistency, making adjustments to recipes and processes as needed.
• Inventory Management: Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies, including ordering and restocking as necessary.
• Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Recipe Adherence: Follow established recipes and procedures to ensure product consistency and quality.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members and communicate effectively to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous experience in baking or food production is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to [specify weight], and handle hot equipment and ingredients safely.
• Availability: Must be able to work overnight shifts and weekends as needed.
• Work Ethic: Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
