Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team at Grenham Bay Court . In this role, you will provide essential support and assistance to our residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being in a nurturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance residents' quality of life.
- Administer medication as prescribed and monitor health conditions.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
- Communicate effectively with families and healthcare professionals regarding resident needs.
- Participate in training and development programs to improve caregiving skills.
Requirements
- Experience in care or a related field is preferred.
- Certification in First Aid and CPR is required.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with seniors.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including heavy lifting when necessary.
