Night Concierge

Join our team at Broga House as a Night Concierge.

Broga House , is looking to appoint a Night Concierge to join their team. The role offers 40 hours per week to be worked across three nights – specific hours can be discussed at interview.

About the role:

Do you have a proactive attitude and a passion for delivering excellent customer service? Are you someone who can manage emergency situations and ensure the safety and security of residents during the night? Fresh has the perfect role for you!

As a Night Concierge at Broga House, you will be the first point of contact for our residents during out-of-hours periods. Your responsibilities will include patrolling the property to ensure safety, managing the front desk, monitoring on site CCTV and responding to emergency incidents like fire alarm activations, power outages, and lockouts. You will also assist with keeping the reception area and common spaces clean and tidy, ensuring everything is in top shape for our residents.

You’ll play a key role in creating a secure and welcoming environment, ensuring everything runs smoothly while students are at rest.

About you:

We’re looking for an individual who’s reliable, approachable, and capable of managing tasks independently at night. You will need to be hands-on, have great attention to detail, and possess a customer-focused attitude. Previous experience in a front of house role including site patrols and access controls is beneficial.
