Description
Basic Function
Use various sizes of fork trucks to deliver lumber packages and other items from point to point on the night shift as directed.
Responsibilities
1. Safely move lumber packages and other items from point to point.
2. Assist in placement of spacers between packages or the ground.
3. Apply chemicals to lumber packages if required.
4. Correctly input package details into computer systems.
5. Safely remove and load lumber packages from a variety of cargo carriers.
6. Clean area when other lumber duties are absent.

Experience
Prior fork truck certification and operating experiences preferred.

Physical Requirements
1. Be able to climb, squat, stoop and twist while maneuvering spacers
2. Be able to repetitively lift, push and pull 20 pounds.
3. Be able to climb in and out of truck cab multiple times per hour
