Night Porter (Live in available)

The Role

We are looking for a responsible and reliable Night Porter to join our team. As the Night Porter, you will be the main point of contact for guests during the night, ensuring the security, comfort, and smooth running of the hotel.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcoming and assisting late arrivals and early departures

• Carrying out security checks and ensuring guest safety overnight

• Responding to guest requests and enquiries

• Setting up for breakfast service and light cleaning duties

• Setting up and clearing away events including conferences and weddings.

About You

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work independently and take initiative

• A responsible and trustworthy attitude

• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
