Job Description
Are you a dedicated and friendly individual looking for a rewarding night shift role? We are seeking a reliable Night Porter to join our team at our busy hotel, ensuring smooth overnight operations and excellent guest service.
4 nights per week, hours are: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM - Sunday nights: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Setting up and preparing function rooms for the following day’s events - Providing excellent customer service and assistance to guests - Checking guests in and out efficiently and professionally
- Ensuring the safety and security of the premises during overnight hours - Responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues that arise overnight - Maintaining a clean and secure environment throughout your shiftIdeal Candidate:- Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused
- Reliable with excellent attention to detail
- Previous experience in hospitality or security is advantageous but not essential - Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
