The Role: Night ReceptionistIn this role, you'll play a key part in delivering seamless check-ins and check-outs for late arrivals and early departures, while ensuring a memorable experience for every guest. You’ll also be responsible for the safety and well-being of guests throughout the night, monitoring security, responding to emergencies, and addressing any concerns to maintain a secure and welcoming atmosphere.

- Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a smooth and seamless check-in and check-out experience.
- Handle reservations, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently and accurately.
- Answer all phone calls professionally, efficiently, and in a friendly manner.
- Maintain a polite and thorough demeanour, ensuring all relevant information is received and provided to guests.
- Provide guest support, answering inquiries and provide assistance with night-time services.
- Ensure guest safety, addressing any concerns to maintain a secure and peaceful environment.
- Monitor security systems and respond promptly to any issues or emergencies.
- Effectively sell packages and additional treatments to guests.
- Provide support for other administrative duties as required by the team.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A polite, professional, and guest-focused approach
- An eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy in all aspects of the role
- Confident in using booking systems and handling multiple tasks at once
- A sales-minded attitude with the ability to promote services and packages
- Knowledge of spa and hotel operations is a plus (training provided)
- Ability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays

- Contract: 22.5 hours per week, shifts are: 22:00 - 07:00
- Schedule: 3 nights out of 7, including some weekends and bank holidays
- Please note that full flexibility is essential, and you may be required to support the team outside of core hours when business needs demand.
