Job Description
Join Our Team as a Night Service Manager – Make a Difference Every Night.
Are you an experienced care professional looking to take the next step in your career?
David Lewis is seeking a dedicated and proactive Night Manager to join our residential services team. In this key leadership role, you’ll support and supervise night staff across our homes, ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance are maintained.
You’ll work closely with Registered Managers and multidisciplinary teams, making regular visits to our houses, supporting staff, and acting as Duty Officer as part of the Night Management rota.
What we’re looking for:
- Level 4 Health & Social Care and Management qualification (or Level 3 and willing to work towards).
- Strong understanding of CQC standards and safeguarding.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills.
- Experience in managing teams and supporting complex needs.
