Job Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct Handing-over sessions.
- Update Home Guardians on incidences, medical, school matters and consent forms.
- Update records books & reports.
- Perform hourly round checks from 11:00pm - 5:00am
- Monitor and manage residents during tuition and study period sessions.
- Check and organise all residents’ daily homework. Ensure that every resident has completed their homework by checking and signing their School handbook.
- Ensure that all residents’ school bags are packed and their uniforms are ready before they go to bed.
- Ensure that all residents have brushed their teeth and washed up for bed.
- Accompany resident(s) to clinic or hospital, when necessary.
- Administer medication to resident(s), when necessary.
- Check all residents’ daily attire and grooming before they go to school.
- Issue daily pocket money for all residents going to school.
- Conduct necessary spot checks.
- Conduct inventory and stock checks.
- Carry out the Physical Body Check on residents who are leaving and coming back from Home Leave.
- Check the First Aid Box. Dispose of any expired items and replenish finished or missing items.
- Carry out fire drill exercises quarterly and ensure both Homes meet all fire safety requirements. Perform driving duties, if any.
Others
- Support MTFA / Darul Ihsan in all events/functions Perform any other duties assigned.

6 days work week - 12 hours night shift
