We are hiring a Lift Operator to support our night shift warehouse operations. In this role, you’ll play a key part in maintaining the efficiency and accuracy of our inventory flow, ensuring that our products are handled with care and precision. Shift Starts at 5:00 PM Monday to Friday
In This Role
- Operate on a Raymond order picker in a narrow, wire-guided warehouse, ensuring safe and efficient material handling
- Use RF scanners to accurately pick and verify inventory items for order fulfillment
- Unload incoming shipments, inspect for damage, and verify contents against purchase orders or packing slips to ensure accuracy
- Perform routine maintenance checks on warehouse equipment, including forklifts and order pickers, and report any malfunctions or safety issues
- Safely place inventory into racking locations using RF scanners, maintaining organization and accuracy
- Identify items across various documentation, such as customer orders, labels, manifests, packing lists, stock receipts, and bill of ladings
- Follow SOPs to ensure inventory quality and stay updated on procedure changes
- Perform routine checks to identify and address quality issues
- Meet productivity targets while managing resources effectively
- Document and report inventory discrepancies using the internal corrective action reporting (ICAR) process and ensure accurate documentation

Other duties as assigned by Management
- High school diploma or GED required
- 2+ years of experience operating an order picker forklift required
- 2+ years of prior night shift experience
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with WMS and Microsoft Excel
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently and maneuver items up to 225 lbs with assistance
- Continuously walk, stand, stoop, bend, push, and reach in a warehouse environment
- Required to wear steel-toed boots/shoes at all times during work hours
