Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in North Bergen, NJ, for a Senior Operations Manager. The Senior Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, manage and coordinate logistics, ensure operational efficiency, and implement strategic initiatives. Responsibilities will include managing staff, optimizing process flows, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Additional tasks include budget management, performance tracking, and continuous improvement efforts.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
• Experience in the wine or beverage industry is a plus
