Job Description
Seeking a Nurse Supervisor for day and night shifts with a $10k sign-on bonus.
- Lead and supervise nursing staff, ensuring high-quality, compassionate care within a supportive, team-oriented environment.
- Develop and implement patient care programs, serve as a liaison between administration and staff, and monitor staff performance.
- Build meaningful patient relationships and celebrate recovery milestones.
- Qualifications include RN licensure, BLS, ACLS (within one year), and recent inpatient experience; leadership experience preferred.
