Now Hiring: Night Sweeper Drivers !
Aardvark Sweeping Services, the largest and most respected sweeping company in Memphis, is seeking full-time Night Sweeper Drivers to join our team. Our drivers are responsible for Safety, Quality, and productivity while operating sweeper trucks to clean commercial parking lots. Think of what landscapers do for lawns—we "pavement-scape" parking lots. The work is performed overnight, similar to mowing a large yard with a riding mower or tractor.
This is a full-time, overnight position with shifts from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM, starting Sunday night through Wednesday night. Overtime and extra night shifts are available for those wanting to maximize their earnings. Applicants must be at least 21 years old, hold a valid driver’s license with a good driving record, and pass a pre-employment drug test. Prior night shift experience is preferred, and any sweeping, landscaping, or janitorial background is a plus. This is not a second job—no moonlighters—night workers must prioritize proper rest during the day.
We’re looking for individuals who love working nights, are dependable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented. The ideal candidate will work independently, manage time efficiently, and uphold the highest standards of safety and quality.
