Night warehouse Shipper/Receiver

Pemberton Distribution has immediate opening for night warehouse shipper/reciever at our Kelowna terminal. 12:00am to 8:30am, Monday to Friday.

Besides being able to operate the forklift, other duties and requirements include...

• Destuff containers as per instructed
• Perform pick and pack activities
• Be able to Palletize, wrap and tag
• Prepare product for shipping
• Ensures all documentation is completed accurately and in a timely fashion.
• Cleans dock, warehouse floors if needed
• Ability to follow instruction
• Ability to read and count accurately, do simple math, and write legibly
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs occasionally
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
• Adhere to health and safety protocols
• Other general warehouse duties as required
• Steel Toed boots is required

The successful candidate will be working in a high pressure, high volume atmosphere with critical time frames. A good working knowledge of refrigerated products and equipment is preferred. Forklift license is an asset. Experience with refrigerated LTL and FTL freight. Basic computer skills is an asset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour
