Office Assistant (Mandarin required)

The role:

· Perform daily office tasks.

· Help taking control of all the financial duties in the office

· Communicating with the Accounting Firm effectively

· Creating spreadsheets for accountants

· Raising invoices

· Taking responsibility to investigate issues to a satisfactory conclusion

· Respond quickly and effectively to any customer/merchant needs and questions

· Provide general support to colleagues

· Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

· Coordinate maintenance of office equipment

Requirements

· Work and approach all tasks with energy and enthusiasm

· Calm, efficient and helpful

· Be able to work in a team and on your own

· Advanced knowledge of MS Excel

· Strong communication skills

· Strong management skills, with excellent attention to details and well organized

Pay: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
