Pay rate: $19-$25 per hour plus $30/day on-call stipend.
Job Summary
We are seeking a overnight On-Call Coordinator to remotely manage calls from caregivers and clients, ensuring smooth communication and support. While this role is primarily remote, occasional in-person client and caregiver introductions may be required. This position involves coordinating in-home care services during off-hours (Monday 5pm Thru Friday 8AM) to ensure clients receive timely and high-quality care. Candidate have to reside in Spokane County, WA or Kootenai County, ID.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, caregivers, and families during on-call hours.
- Coordinate and schedule caregivers to meet clients' needs promptly and efficiently.
- Address and resolve any issues or emergencies that arise during on-call hours.
- Maintain accurate records of client and caregiver interactions and service adjustments.
- Communicate effectively with the administrative team regarding any significant issues or updates.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in healthcare or related fields preferred.
- Previous experience in home care, healthcare, or customer service roles.
- HCA and CNA certified applicant encourage to apply.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
