Are you passionate about childcare and ready to make a difference in local families' lives? Jovie is looking for experienced, enthusiastic caregivers for weekly placements and occasional on-call assignments throughout San Diego County. Join our team and take on fulfilling full-time or part-time roles.
As a Nanny, You Will:
- Engage with children based on their interests and age-appropriate activities
- Maintain a clean and safe environment, focusing only on tidying up after your own activities and meals with the child
- Be available 3 or more days per week, Monday to Friday, between 7 am and 7 pm

Provide care for children from infants to school age, with a high demand for children under 5
- Paid training and a Nanny Kit with age-appropriate games and activities
- Opportunities to advance in the childcare field, including potential for dedicated, ongoing placements
- Paid sick time for both part-time and full-time schedules, bonuses for excellent feedback, and fun contests
- Legal employment on a W-2, with Unemployment Insurance and resume-building opportunities

Competitive pay of $18–$20 per hour, depending on experience and availability
- Minimum age of 18, with a High School Diploma or GED
- Infant experience for the highest hourly wages
- At least two childcare references (paid or unpaid)
- CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation and a cell phone
- Willingness and ability to travel within the area
