Responsibilities

• Administer medications as prescribed and monitor patients for any side effects or reactions.
• Provide personal care services including bathing, grooming, and meal preparation to ensure patient comfort and hygiene.
• Assist with heavy lifting and mobility support for patients requiring physical assistance.
• Uphold resident rights by respecting privacy, dignity, and confidentiality in all interactions. .
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each patient's needs.
• Offer emotional support and companionship to enhance the quality of life for patients.
• Document patient progress and any changes in condition accurately and timely.

Requirements

• Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by patient needs.
• Experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum or similar developmental conditions is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 30 per week
