- Guangda Kiln – ceramic & tea collection in collaboration with a historic Taiwanese studio
As we expand our operations and prepare to scale across locations and product lines, we are looking for a full-time Operations & Strategy Coordinator to join our HQ team and help streamline systems, data, and compliance across the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage day-to-day procurement and supplier coordination, working directly with store managers and kitchen teams
- Track, analyse, and report on weekly revenue, cost of goods, customer reviews, and operational KPIs
- Lead the documentation and review of SOPs, internal processes, and compliance records, including Right to Work audits and staff checklists
- Conduct regular site visits and generate detailed hygiene, quality, and staff performance reports
- Collaborate with the Director and Creative Lead on expansion planning, franchise documentation, and partnership research
- Liaise with external parties including digital platforms, landlord/property agents, and design/branding vendors
What We’re Looking For
- Degree (bachelor’s or master’s) in business, hospitality, management, or psychology/social sciences
- 1+ years of experience in food, retail, admin or startup operations preferred
- Excellent command of English; Mandarin a plus
- Proficiency with spreadsheets, internal documentation tools, and performance reporting
- Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and drive team coordination across sites
Employment & Sponsorship Details
- Full-time (48 hrs/week)
- Salary: £32,500 – £36,000 per year
- 28 days paid holiday + performance bonus scheme
