Job Summary:
The Packing Operator is responsible for operating packing machinery and ensuring pharmaceutical products are packed according to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate blister packing, strip packing, bottle filling, and labeling machines.
• Ensure correct packaging material is used as per the Batch Packing Record (BPR).
• Monitor the packaging line for consistent quality, proper sealing, and correct product labeling.
• Check and verify batch number, expiry date, and product details on the packaging.
• Record production data, equipment usage, and deviations in logbooks and BPRs.
• Follow GMP, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and maintain hygiene standards.
• Report any equipment issues or deviations to the supervisor.
• Maintain cleanroom discipline and support cleaning and changeover processes.
• Assist in line clearance and material reconciliation.

Skills Required:

• Basic understanding of pharmaceutical packaging machines
• Knowledge of GMP, SOPs, and safety procedures
• Attention to detail and ability to detect packaging defects
• Basic documentation skills
• Physically fit and able to work in shifts

Educational Qualification:

• ITI in Fitter, Mechanical, Packaging, or related trade
• Additional pharma-related training or GMP certification is an advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,061.37 - ₹18,000.00 per month
