OTR Truck Driver (Over the Road Truck Driver)

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable OTR Flatbed Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently within designated routes. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, excellent driving skills, and the ability to navigate various driving conditions.

Duties

• Ensure timely delivery of goods while adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including mileage, fuel use, and any incidents that occur during transport.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding route changes or delays.​

Skills

• Proven experience in commercial driving with a valid driver's license.
• Familiarity with route driving and delivery driver responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and practices related to truck driving.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while on the road.
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and clients.
• A strong attention to detail for maintaining accurate records.
• No experience required in driving flatbed. Will train.
• At least 2.5 years OTR experience. Clean MVR.

Current OTR pay would be .56 cent per mile then .65 cpm after 45 days.

Pay: $1,750.00 - $3,000.00 per week
