Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene within our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and have experience in hospitality or related fields. Your ability to manage events and handle conflicts effectively will contribute to the overall satisfaction of our guests.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing various areas within the facility.
• Manage cleaning schedules for events and ensure all areas are prepared before and after gatherings.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise during their visit.
• Assist with cash handling duties as needed during events or guest interactions.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization throughout the premises.
• Utilize conflict management skills to handle any disputes or concerns from guests in a professional manner.
• Engage with children in a friendly manner, ensuring their safety and comfort in designated areas.
• Support food service operations when required, maintaining cleanliness in dining areas.
• Participate in public speaking engagements or presentations as needed to promote cleanliness standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality, resort management, or theater environments is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Ability to manage events effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
• Experience working with children is a plus; lifeguard experience is also beneficial.
• Excellent conflict management skills to address guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Familiarity with food service operations is advantageous.

Pay: $1,764.00 per month
