Winfield Street Coffee in Stamford, CT is looking for one overnight baker to join our 23 person strong team. We are located on 96 Broad Street. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of pastries and other items directed by Management staff
• basic understanding of or the ability to learn food handling techniques, preparation, and cooking procedures using standard recipes
• basic understanding or the ability to learn how to use/operate, maintain, and clean culinary equipment including but not limited knives, scales, mixers, ovens, and stoves

Qualifications

• Prior related experience preferred
