- Willingness to learn while retaining skills and different recipes.
- Ability to continuously stand, walk, bend, squat, lift, and use a ladder.
- Strong upper body strength with the ability to lift heavy pots, carry bags of ingredients (50 lbs), transport large bins of dough, press sheets of butter into dough, etc.
- Work with efficiency, intentionality, and haste.
- Comfortable with repetitive, physically strenuous tasks.
- Be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable with making pastry cremes and glazes.
- Willing to work shifts that start between 8pm and 10pm, with an end time between 1am and 4am.
