Overnight Caregiver

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated, reliable, and compassionate caregiver to provide overnight care for our clients. The ideal candidate will be patient, attentive, and committed to enhancing the well-being and safety of those in their care during nighttime hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive overnight supervision and assistance to clients
• Assist with personal care needs such as toileting, dressing, repositioning, or hygiene as needed
• Monitor client safety and comfort throughout the night
• Administer medications according to care plans, if applicable
• Respond promptly to calls or alarms
• Keep accurate records of nightly activities, observations, and any incidents
• Maintain a clean and comfortable environment

Requirements:

• Previous caregiving experience preferred (especially in home care, assisted living, or nursing settings)
• Ability to stay awake and alert throughout overnight shifts
• Strong communication and observational skills
• Reliable transportation and punctuality
• Ability to lift, move, or assist clients if needed
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Clear Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Check

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
